A little while ago I wrote an extension to do screen grabs using Firefox.
It’s been waiting for me to have some motivation to do anything with it, but I’ve fixed it up and it now grabs frames and works with any OS that Java and Firefox are on (I hope).
It has a few issues but it works pretty well.
